ACME made an exhibition at the artist run gallery in Göteborg. I had an idea of commission myself to do work from pictures others had given to me. And also include them in some way in the show. It was supposed to be a series I calle Any Given Picture. I started with my brother. He is a musician. I made a big painting from a picture he choose, and also a sort of cover for the painting that I placed on the floor in front of it, forming a kind of stage. On the opening I ivited my brother to play on the stage. He performed some songs together with a band he had at the time with a singer/rapper and a trumpeter.
